05 Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) potential winner per Campaign will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Campaign window. Drawings for all Campaigns will be conducted promptly after the close of the applicable Campaign window. All drawings are conducted by or on behalf of the Sponsor using the Crowd9 PTY LTD platform, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the random selection.
Potential winners will be notified by email on the day following the applicable Campaign day at the email address provided at the time of entry. Confirmed winners are also posted to the Winners Page at popularsuppressors.com/winners. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, or if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries for that Campaign.
Potential winners may be required to complete, sign, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The completed Affidavit must be physically mailed to Brand Avalanche Media, Inc., 4343 16th St. #161, Moline, IL 61265. 06 Prizes

Some Campaigns may also include a featured sponsor product paired with the suppressor, in which case one (1) winner takes both. Additional prize categories may include other firearm accessories, outdoor and sporting goods, store credit, and other consumer products. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize will be disclosed on the Promotion Website for each Campaign. The total ARV of all prizes across all Campaigns is estimated at a minimum of $200,000.
Specific Campaign formats and prize compositions are determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion and may vary day to day across the Promotion Period.
Prize details, specifications, and availability are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event that a specific prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners of prizes with an ARV of $600 or more will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the calendar year in which the prize is awarded.
07 Suppressor Prize Fulfillment
Suppressor prizes require compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the National Firearms Act (“NFA”). Winners of suppressor prizes must:

- Complete all required federal paperwork, including ATF Form 4 (Application for Tax Paid Transfer and Registration of Firearm);
